a meal of fiery hot curries.
2 c. plain yogurt
2 c. milk
2 c. frozen or pulp of ripe pineapple,
mangoes, strawberries or peaches
juice of 1 lemon
1-2 tsps. sugar
Place all in a blender and process
until smooth. Serve over ice.
