1/2 - 1 c. fresh basil leaves
1/4 c. sliced black olives, optional
1 garlic clove, sliced, optional
1 small red onion, sliced, optional
2 tbsps. drained capers, optional
1/4 c. olive oil sprinkling vinegar,
Any type salt and pepper
In serving platter or individual plates,
alternate fresh tomatoes and cheese overlapping for
effect. Arrange olives, garlic, and onion on top. Sprinkle
with remaining ingredients and serve.
