Grape Salsa

1 cup seedless grapes, halved
2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
2 tablespoons chopped parsley or Italian parsley
1 tablespoon oil, grapeseed or olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1-2 teaspoons sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, season to taste.
Makes approximately 1-3/4 cups
