1 cup seedless grapes, halved
2 tablespoons nuts, toasted
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or more
1-2 teaspoons sugar
1-2 teaspoons lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients, season to taste.
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS TO ADD:
1/2 jalapeno, chopped
diced green chilies, as much as you want
1 tomato, chopped, or more
1-2 teaspoons chopped garlic
chopped fresh mint
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco
