Avocado Dip |
1 avocado, peeled
1/4-1/2 c. sour cream
1/4-1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsps. chopped green onion
1 small garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
(optional) chopped cilantro, basil, parsley and/or diced
chilies
Combine all.
Serve with cooked chicken or fish, or anything.
