INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (10 biscuits) refrigerated
buttermilk biscuits, baked according to package
directions
- 2 cups milk half white
and half chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsps. melted butter
- 2 tsps. vanilla extract
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa
- ½ c. semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Tear
baked biscuits into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl,
combine biscuits and milk and set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs, melted butter and vanilla
until well blended. Add sugar and cocoa and beat well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Add chocolate mixture to biscuit
mixture and stir until well blended. Pour
into a greased 8" square glass baking dish. Bake
55-60 minutes or until center is set and edges pull
away from sides of pan.
