Vanilla Cream

INGREDIENTS

½ cup heavy whipping cream, whip it

½ cup vanilla ice cream, softened

½ tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. rum, optional

 

Combine all and stir until blended. Make 1 hr. ahead and refrigerate. Makes 1 cup
